Payment Terms

Upon credit approval, TwinSource offers a 1% cash discount on invoices paid within 10 days of the invoice date. Invoices are to be paid in full within 30 days of invoice date. Invoices that are past due are subject to a 1.5% per month late charge calculated on the unpaid balance.

Shipping Policy

TwinSource ships prepaid and invoices you for the shipping charges.

Returns

To receive a return authorization number call 800-321-3661. TwinSource will not accept returns after 30 days from the invoice date. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.
