Payment Terms
Upon credit approval, TwinSource offers a 1% cash discount on invoices paid within 10 days of the invoice date. Invoices are to be paid in full within 30 days of invoice date. Invoices that are past due are subject to a 1.5% per month late charge calculated on the unpaid balance.
Shipping Policy
TwinSource ships prepaid and invoices you for the shipping charges. Special shipping promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges. Purchases must be shipped to a continental United States address to qualify for promotional shipping rates.
Due to recent changes in UPS & FedEx shipping policies, all UPS freight charges are subject to change in order to meet new dimensional weight shipping terms. TwinSource will always contact you if any changes occur. We at TwinSource will continue to monitor these rates and look for the fastest shipping with the best economical options.
Returns
To receive a return authorization number call 763-585-1086. TwinSource will not accept returns after 30 days from the invoice date. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee may be applicable for some returned items. Equipment that has been used, tampered with or damaged is non returnable.
